Falkirk District SNP have announced their candidates for the 2022 local government election. These sixteen candidates are aiming to form a majority administration in Falkirk Council.
As you may notice, we are saying goodbye to three standing SNP councillors, David Alexander, Gordon Hughes and Ann Ritchie. Everyone here at the Braes Branch would like to give our thanks to all three of them for their hard work, particularly to Gordon Hughes who is the standing councillor for the Upper Braes.
Having a majority administration will allow real change to be made to benefit everyone living in the Falkirk Council area, so it is incredibly important that we achieve this goal. The manifesto will be released in the coming weeks, and will be based on three key principles: Recover, Revitalise, Regenerate.
